About
Built by a Product Owner, for Product Owners
Sprintwise started from two questions every sprint review circles back to: were our stories ready, and did we stick to what we committed? Both are hard to answer with data.
The project
Sprintwise is an independent project. I wrote the requirements, kept the backlog, made the product calls and tested every release, from the first rule to version 1.
Version 1 shipped all 18 of its stories. Version 2 added refinement mode, shared backlogs and a live Jira connection. AI rewrites and test scenarios are built but switched off on the live site to avoid running costs.
Every story, number and team name in the demo is invented.
- v1 stories shipped
- 18
- releases
- 44
- readiness rules
- 9
- themes, both WCAG AA
- 2
How it was built
Explainable over clever
Fixed rules, not a model, set the score. A Product Owner can defend every number in a refinement meeting.
Decisions written down
Each product decision has its date, the options considered and the reason, in DECISIONS.md.
Tested like a product
Every rule and metric has unit tests. End-to-end tests cover accessibility, keyboard-only use and the one-page report.
